   Foremost, I love the Lord, His written Word, and the Family of God. My income is primarily derived from selling law related briefs with access to expanded law information topically, and aiding people in every manner pos<\/span>sible to do well in their legal battles. I also counsel people across the country in <\/span><\/span>living<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/u>independently<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span> of <\/span><\/span>the corporation called the US INC. I am technically a lawyer, as 6th Amendment (Bill of Ri<\/span>ghts 1791) Counsel, and not a licensed BAR associate attorney. I understand that the elect (Romans 9:16*) of God should promote the ‘Kingdom of God’ (and His dominion) \u201con earth as it is in Heaven\u201d. I am a serious student of Biblical law, and focus much on biblical supported constitutional limitations of the US Government. I have been in court over 400 times. Arrested, oh __ I lost count. Jailed with an accumulation of 5.5 years, for striving to do only – “exceedingly good”. I have received numerous death threats that have come from US STATE agents, judges, and various officers. Many harassing bogus misdemeanor charges. (Mostly Municipal Housing Codes, right to travel actions, or related acts, one federal case that I essentially stopped them from giving me a max of sixty (60) years. I was the first person to win a federal case in that Florida district in approximately ten (10) or more years.) At times I clear\/net $15K+\/month and I file no State or Federal Income taxes (1040 Form) since the year 1999. (No filings in any form.)(Always demanding a 6203 Assessment, and other important assertions in affidavit form, when confronted.) I do not pay STATE income tax, or STATE sales tax, on major purchases. I pay no COUNTY property taxes though I owned over 28 properties (28 buildings). ( See my \u201cfiling for record\u201d process that takes private land off the state taxable rolls. ) I do not vote for UNITED STATE OF AMERICA, STATE, COUNT, or CITY governing officers. An American by birth right, a State National. (Not a US citizen.) I believe every man should learn the ‘just war’ <\/span>principles<\/span><\/span><\/span> that<\/span> all nations are under. I believe in full support of the \u201cperpetual Union\u201d as found in the second of four constitutions, \u201cArticles of Confederation\u201d. I have discovered that a \u201cfree American\u201d has the standing to choose to live independent (contract free) of the corporate US governments, and its legislative statutory administrative courts in the vast majority of his daily life, and to be forced to do otherwise is slavery. I know how to utilize \u2018common law courts of record\u2019 for every act on American soil. God hates, and therefore, I hate the demonic activity called \u2018statism\u2019.<\/p>\n
