Grand Jury Subpoena, an Invite, or Order? Hansen Challenged<\/p>\n
See attached documents: I received a subpoena to appear in Florida, I challenged the request as to be an order supported by written law or just a request.<\/p>\n
Apparently, they want to see if I filed documents under an alias name.<\/p>\n
Now I live in Nebraska, and besides, why would I want to volunteer anything to the Grand Jury. \u00a0I suspect the 5th Amendment applies.<\/p>\n
I’ll post if they decide to press a demand by court order. \u00a0It has been a week now and no swat team thus far.<\/p>\n
