<p><p>A<strong>nother Abama prosecutor resigned after 7 years (ONE (1) day before my sentensing date, WHY??????. \u201cWe won\u201d, thats why. The first win out of the Northern Federal District in 10 years for anyone. (Feds brag about their 98.5% convection rate upon people that try to prevail in court.) <p>Thats right, this makes <strong>four (4) prosecutors so far, two (2) from Omaha (Douglas County), one (1) from California, and now (1) one from the United States Northern District Court. She resigned (quit their job, bugged out) the day before I was sentenced to eighteen (18) months to a medium security federal jail (not a prison).<br \/> I suspect that she resigned because she did not want to be liable for any damages that may develop due to the fact that she was clearly noticed that the UNITED STATES must prove up personal and territorial jurisdiction upon my challenge that I presented pre-trial, which they failed miserably. See Pensacola weard herald. _______________________ <p>We, Kent Hovind and I, won all the major charges, fraud, conspiring to commit fraud, and mail fraud. The US spent $355,000.00 on the prosecution, and incarceration, on the simple contempt of court charges. <p>Now remember my letter did not have any effect on any property sale, not one scintilla. Only a fool would spend 350K of your hard earned tax dollars on such foolish prosecution. It all points to a personal agenda to try and destroy Kent Hovinds’ ministry and anyone that lifts a finger to help his ministry. <p>So what is all the fuss about? I mailed a letter to a title company attorney to give notice that the Church Trust \u201cCreation Science Evangelism\u201d trustee are intending to prosecute a court action to prove that the US \/ IRS has no authority to take the Church property for a claim the US has on Kent Hovind (Founder of CSE), and they convert it into a crime. I am appealing the contempt of court judgment now. I apologize for the last fifteen (15) months of being off line do-to being incarcerated. I have had some help but it is very difficult to process the office orders from jail, I had no one trained or willing to fill the orders in my absence. I have five thousand emails and an unknown amount of order request so I’ll get to them as time allows.
