4-9-10 Arrest, False Information, enhanced<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0(audio link)\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Arrested \/ Charged\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a04\/9\/09<\/p>\n

The story starts 4-9-09, 9:00am, as I’m in Court against Wells Fargo Bank, the Plaintiff accusing\u00c2\u00a0Wells of banking fraud. (A type of fraud where the bank is accused of lending “bank credit” with out congressional permission.\u00c2\u00a0 Essentially using bank accounting entries to create the appearance of a substantive loan when in fact they created the appearance of loaned funds out of thin air.\u00c2\u00a0 Congress forbids this.)
\nAs I am in front of the judges bench a cop walks in and asks me if I am “Mr. Hansen” I say; “no, I am called Paul John and my fathers family name is Hansen”, (I was nervouse and ment to say my family name is Hansen.) the officer then says you are under arrest for giving false information, I then say; “I am in court” and he stands there for fifteen seconds and then says;” I be back when you are done”, and walks away.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00c2\u00a0Then 6.5 hours later the trial is over, (No cops in the courtroom.) I am walking out of the court room with one of my friends, he\u00c2\u00a0goes his way and I go into the stair way to make a few private phone calls. \u00c2\u00a0About\u00c2\u00a0ten minutes expire and a officer walks up to me (Sitting in the stairway.) as I was dial my phone and he says “make one move and I’ll taser you” as he held out his taser and was pushing the button to make it create a violent loud ark. \u00c2\u00a0I simply said ” What is it you want, I am making a phone call”, he then hand cuffed me and another five officers arrived and took my tape recorder from me.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0One\u00c2\u00a0Officer said; “he tapes everything”, and then another pulled the battery out of the recorder, over my objection, saying\u00c2\u00a0that I wanted it to run for my protection.\u00c2\u00a0 (Fortunately\u00c2\u00a0I was able to record the officer who first asked “Are you Mr. Hansen, I am saving it for court against the officer, his testimony is different than the recording. [He never knew I had\u00c2\u00a0that conversation recorded.) (I record everything in the court house because they have violated my rights many times.\u00c2\u00a0 I need it for my own protection, one time they even destroyed my tape, and another time they put my recorder in a microwave oven to destroy the evidence, that recorder cost me $175.00.)\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0
\nI was then taken out of the Court House building hand-cuffed and with officers carrying my arms on each side of me and a minimum of eight more walking behind me as we walked through the lobby of the first floor.\u00c2\u00a0 (A true show of force.) (One would think I was a captured serial-killer.)<\/p>\n

a. Apparently they are saying that I went into the stair way to avoid the Police.
\nb. And in some way resisted.
\nc. And in saying my proper lawful calling (name) as Paul John: family of Hansen is giving false information.<\/p>\n

What Came Of the Above Arrest:<\/strong><\/p>\n

I (Paul John) got out of Jail on 6-17-2010, I was there one year (this time), Douglas County Correctional Center, low security jail.<\/p>\n

I have a total of 700 days sentenced, that is equal to (700 x 75% [for good time] =525).<\/p>\n

I had three different housing code violation charges and one charge including \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcgiving false information\u00e2\u20ac\u2122, \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcresisting arrest\u00e2\u20ac\u2122, and \u00e2\u20ac\u02dctwo (2) obstruction of a police officer\u00e2\u20ac\u2122.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0[I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll get the full scam story to you latter.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0(People that have heard the whole story say they are sickened to see their government act in such ways, yet say they are not surprised.)<\/p>\n

My public defender said those last charges are a bunch of &#@*, and said they are clearly trumped up charges and definitely have an agenda against me.<\/p>\n

One sentence alone was six (6) months in jail\u00c2\u00a0just because I said (standing in court mind you); \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I am called Paul John and my fathers family name is Hansen<\/strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, to his (the Cop\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s) question \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Are you Mr. Hansen<\/strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. (I have it all on tape recorder, [See the above, they did not know I had one running. I cut out\u00c2\u00a0a little dead time\u00c2\u00a0and enhance parts so it could easily be heard.]<\/p>\n

What a POLICE STATE, and I could not get a trial by jury, only a bastardized \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcbench trial\u00e2\u20ac\u2122.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0No jury would unanimously agree that I did\/said anything wrong.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0I did it to clarify that I am not a \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcperson of privilege\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 (statutory person) but a native-born sovereign on the land called Nebraska, a nation-state.<\/p>\n

If you chose to study, you will find that a \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcstatutory person\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 is one of\u00c2\u00a0privilege<\/span><\/strong>, and a non-statutory person is one of\u00c2\u00a0right<\/span><\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0Statutory person has no right to a common-law jury trial.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0This is how Governments for thousands of years denied the people a \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcpeoples court\u00e2\u20ac\u2122.<\/p>\n

Oh yes the resisting arrest was because I walked up<\/strong> a set of steps when I did not even know a Cop was wanting to arrest me, and he got to the stair way late and thought I went down<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0I even had a friend with me who testified in court that I did not run from any cop. The cop was 30 feet behind me and\u00c2\u00a0did not even tell me to stop, wait, or shout \u00e2\u20ac\u0153your under arrest\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, he just followed me. It was like he wanted me to have an appearance of getting away so he could trump up another charge.\u00c2\u00a0 Note this is a officer that just came on duty, the only\u00c2\u00a0one that seen or\u00c2\u00a0talked to me went home.<\/p>\n

The Bible says that some are not content unless they cause harm to another that day. Proverbs<\/p>\n

As of 7’20\/10, I have one case on appeal, and then I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll be off to the Federal Court.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Simply stating that the State Government has violated their constitutional boundaries and forced this private man (ME) into a statutory court. (If I lose I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll have another 62 days of jail on a 90 day sentence for digging a hole close to my front porch to fix a water line, oh what a bad man I am.)<\/p>\n
