Some Legal researchers say that most laws, for the last 60+ years, on the books today, are not true law, but only have force of color of law if challenged.<\/p>\n
Each Law must have the following:<\/p>\n
1. Bill presented to State Legislator, if passed sent to;<\/p>\n
2. Governor of the State, if signed;<\/p>\n
3. It must have a single subject title and single subject body of law;<\/p>\n
