Or possession and domiciled there.\u00c2\u00a0 The definition of the term does not include\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac the states of the Union and, therefore, must be excluded.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20acPersons domiciled in states of the Union on other than\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac federal terr. Are NOT eligible for SS because the S. Ct has indicated that\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac Congress has NO LEGISLATIVE JURISDICTION within states of the Union (Carter v.\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac Carter Coal Co, 1936)<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20acA person born within and domiciled within states of\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac the Union is classified as a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153national\u00e2\u20ac\u009d but not a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153citizen\u00e2\u20ac\u009d under federal\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac law.\u00c2\u00a0 He is NOT a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153U.S. citizen\u00e2\u20ac\u009d under 8\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac USC 1401.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20acBecause people born in and domiciled within states of\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac the Union are neither \u00e2\u20ac\u0153US citizens\u00e2\u20ac\u009d under 8 usc 1401\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac nor \u00e2\u20ac\u0153lawful permanent residents\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, which are \u00e2\u20ac\u0153aliens\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, then they do not qualify\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac for the SS program.\u00c2\u00a0 If they sign up,\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac then they must commit perjury on the SS-5 form by indicating they are U.S.\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac citizens.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20acThe reason the U.S. gov is\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac willing to \u00e2\u20ac\u0153look the other way\u00e2\u20ac\u009d by accepting unqualified applicants from states\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac of the Union is <strong>because SS is the main\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac method by which the IRS manufactures \u00e2\u20ac\u0153taxpayers\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, which are persons subject to\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac federal jurisdiction and the IRS subtitle A.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20acOffering of SS to people in states of the Union is an\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac enlargement of federal powers beyond what the Constitution authorizes over\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac citizens of the states who would otherwise be \u00e2\u20ac\u0153foreign\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and outside of the\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac jurisdiction of the fed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20acSCOTUS said that the states CANNOT consent to such an\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac enlargement of fed powers or the breakdown of the Separation of Powers that it\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac causes.\u00c2\u00a0 If the State gov\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac cannot do it then neither can the sovereign people in\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac the states without violating the Constitution and destroying the protection\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac provided by the (presumed) Separation of Powers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20acAny attempt to compel a person domiciled within a\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac state of the Union on other than federal terr. and protected by the Bill of\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac Rights (Articles of Con), to sign up for Social Security or to have or to use a\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac SS number against their will and without their consent, and in violation of the\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac Separation of Amendment and 18 USC 241.<\/li>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac<\/p>\n<li>2.\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      Violation of 42 usc \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20acWhat are the legal consequences of participating in\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac SS?<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20acLegal status changes as \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac<\/p>\n<ol>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac<\/p>\n<li>The legal\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      \u00e2\u20ac\u0153domicile\u00e2\u20ac\u009d of the Trust you are acting on behalf of is the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153District of\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      Columbia.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/li>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac<\/p>\n<li>The SS\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      number is the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153trustee License Number\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.\u00c2\u00a0\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      Whenever you write your name anywhere on a piece of paper, and\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      especially in conjunction with your all caps name, such as \u00e2\u20ac\u0153JOHN SMITH\u00e2\u20ac\u009d,\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      you are indicating that you are acting in a Trustee capacity.\u00c2\u00a0 The only way to remove such a\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      presumption is to black out the number or not put it on the form and then\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      to correct whoever sent you the form or notice to clarify that you are not\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      acting as a Trustee or government employee, but as a natural person.<\/li>\n<p>\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac<\/p>\n<li>As an\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac      \u00e2\u20ac\u0153officer or employee of a trust, you are a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153public officer\u00e2\u20ac\u009d engaged in a\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac \u00e2\u20ac\u0153trade or business\u00e2\u20ac\u009d as defined in 26 usc 7701(a)\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac (26).\u00c2\u00a0 Consequently, the earnings of the\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac federal corporation you preside over as Trustee are taxable under the IRC.\u00c2\u00a0 You are exercising the function of a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153public\u00e0\u00a8\u008d\u00e0\u00b4\u20ac office\u00e2\u20ac\u009d because you are exercising fiduciary duty over payments
