Information; preliminary examination; required; when.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No information <strong>shall<\/strong> be filed against any person for <strong>any<\/strong> offense until such person shall have had a <strong>preliminary examination<\/strong> therefor, as provided by law, unless such person shall waive his or her right to such examination, except as otherwise provided in the Uniform Criminal Extradition Act. The preliminary examination shall be conducted <strong>as soon<\/strong> as the nature and the circumstances of the case will permit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&gt;&gt;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>29-504. Felony; speedy preliminary hearing required.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When the complaint is for a felony, upon the accused being brought before the magistrate, he shall proceed as soon as may be, in the presence of the accused, to inquire into the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>&gt;&gt;<\/p>\n<p><strong>29-1812. Defects; when considered waived.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The accused shall be taken to have waived all defects which may be excepted to by a motion to quash, or a plea in abatement, by demurring to an indictment or pleading in bar or the general issue.<\/p>\n<p>Objection that accused has not had preliminary examination is waived unless made <strong>before plea of not guilty is entered<\/strong>. Dinsmore v.
