{"id":298,"date":"2011-04-17T22:36:05","date_gmt":"2011-04-17T22:36:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pauljjhansen.com\/?p=298"},"modified":"2014-04-17T21:35:40","modified_gmt":"2014-04-17T21:35:40","slug":"irs-sheriff-sales-authority","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.pauljjhansen.com\/?p=298","title":{"rendered":"IRS \/ Sheriff Sales \/ Authority ????"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Lawyer friend of mine who was an expert in IRS law purposely let his  house sale at a &#8220;IRS \/ Sheriff sale, he sued for quiet title action, put  IRS agent in the witness-stand and asked the following:<br \/>\nQ1.\u00c2\u00a0 Did you instruct the sheriff to sell my house?<br \/>\nA. Yes.<br \/>\nQ2. Did you own the house?<br \/>\nA. No.<br \/>\nQ3. Did the owner of the house give you permission or authority to sell the house?<br \/>\nA. No.<br \/>\nQ4. Are you well trained and qualified to do your job?<br \/>\nA. Yes.<br \/>\nQ3. Did you have a court order, warrant, or judgment to sell the subject house?<br \/>\nA.
