To stop the effect of a SSN one must stop using it.<\/p>\n
If the SSN was not given to you under full disclosure it essentially was not\u00c2\u00a0 given to you, if it was not legally or lawfully given to you then you have never received it (agree to it) failure to disclose is fraud, fraud never conveys a duty, fraud vitiates all contracts.<\/p>\n
If you used something a thousand times and find it was in fraud you can stop that moment and it has no legal nexus to you.<\/p>\n
Now if one find it is fraudulent and continues using it then one is accepting its terms and can not shout fraud.<\/p>\n
If you want to stop something then just stop it.\u00c2\u00a0 But do not stop it and start it and hope to stop it again.\u00c2\u00a0 A SSN does remove your “free inhabitant” standing and make you a “US subject” “if<\/strong>” contractually received correctly (absent fraud), which always occurs when a person of age is naturalized in the US.<\/p>\n So you are in the witness stand and asked like I have been several times; do you Mr. Hansen have a SSN”?\u00c2\u00a0 I say no. They ask again, but this time screaming, stomping, fist waving in the air, I say softly; “asked and answered”.<\/p>\n I never ever ever want to say:\u00c2\u00a0 a. I had a SSN.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 b. I once used a SSN.\u00c2\u00a0 c.
