This is what the judge said; “You truly need the aid and assistance of a Private Attorney General<\/span>.\u00c2\u00a0 Neither Ed nor I can teach you what you need to know in the short amount of time you have\u00c2\u00a0and I’m certainly not going to try! <\/strong>This may sound cruel but you are not my child or my responsibility!”<\/strong><\/p>\n Private attorney general<\/strong> is an informal term usually used today in the United States<\/a> to refer to a private party who brings a lawsuit<\/a> considered to be in the public interest<\/a>, i.e., benefiting the general public and not just the plaintiff<\/a>.[1]<\/a><\/sup> The person considered “private attorney general” is entitled to recover attorney’s fees<\/a> if he or she prevails.
