<\/strong><\/p>\n Paul,<\/strong><\/p>\n I’m a retired Florida District Judge.\u00c2\u00a0 I don’t do this stuff anymore and was simply interjecting some guidance.\u00c2\u00a0 The best I\u00c2\u00a0will do for you is point you…..however you must understand some basic principles first:<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n 1] The <\/strong>republic<\/strong> of <\/strong>United States of America<\/strong> still exists.\u00c2\u00a0 It has been\u00c2\u00a0concealed in the closet by your elected officials and replaced with “United States, Inc.” and you and it\u00c2\u00a0are being\u00c2\u00a0controlled by corporate law, which is\u00c2\u00a0called Statutory Law.\u00c2\u00a0 If you are not a corporation, then these laws are not applicable.<\/strong><\/p>\n 2] All Courts under United States, Inc, which includes all the State Courts are Tribunals and all the Judges are Administrators and not Judges,\u00c2\u00a0meaning that no\u00c2\u00a0real Courts exist!\u00c2\u00a0 [The concept of a Court is intended to be a last resort to resolve\u00c2\u00a0disputes and therefore you must develop your proof that you are right before you enter.\u00c2\u00a0 If you can avoid a Court, do so by all means because everything is stacked against you]! <\/strong><\/p>\n 3] Since they are Tribunals, you must agree to be sued and agree\u00c2\u00a0to the intervention of the Court to resolve the dispute!\u00c2\u00a0 Return a summons and a suit\u00c2\u00a0using this method.
