I’m a retired Florida District Judge.\u00c2\u00a0 I don’t do this stuff anymore and was simply interjecting some guidance.\u00c2\u00a0 The best I\u00c2\u00a0will do for you is point you…..however you must understand some basic principles first:<\/p>\n

1] The republic of United States of America still exists.\u00c2\u00a0 It has been\u00c2\u00a0concealed in the closet by your elected officials and replaced with “United States, Inc.” and you and it\u00c2\u00a0are being\u00c2\u00a0controlled by corporate law, which is\u00c2\u00a0called Statutory Law.\u00c2\u00a0 If you are not a corporation, then these laws are not applicable.<\/p>\n
2] All Courts under United States, Inc, which includes all the State Courts are Tribunals and all the Judges are Administrators and not Judges,\u00c2\u00a0meaning that no\u00c2\u00a0real Courts exist!\u00c2\u00a0 [The concept of a Court is intended to be a last resort to resolve\u00c2\u00a0disputes and therefore you must develop your proof that you are right before you enter.\u00c2\u00a0 If you can avoid a Court, do so by all means because everything is stacked against you]!<\/p>\n
3] Since they are Tribunals, you must agree to be sued and agree\u00c2\u00a0to the intervention of the Court to resolve the dispute!\u00c2\u00a0 Return a summons and a suit\u00c2\u00a0using this method. Print this boldly across it\u00c2\u00a0with your signature notarized.<\/p>\n
“I DO NOT\u00c2\u00a0CONSENT TO\u00c2\u00a0THIS OFFER TO CONTRACT AND I DO NOT\u00c2\u00a0CONSENT TO THIS PROCEDURE.” <\/strong><\/p>\n 4] You’re a living corporation and the property of the State government in which you were born!\u00c2\u00a0 When your mother registered you for a Birth Certificate, she gave you away to the State government.\u00c2\u00a0 You were assigned a corporate name, which appears on every document you possess in all capital letters!\u00c2\u00a0 You had three months at age 18, to rescind that agreement!<\/p>\n 5] When you applied for a Social Security No. [or] if you ever applied for any government benefits, you consummated your corporate membership and accepted a new responsibility as Trustee of\u00c2\u00a0your corporation for the State!\u00c2\u00a0 Whenever you fail to comply with the\u00c2\u00a0five million corporate\u00c2\u00a0statutes in place, the Courts punish you!<\/p>\n You can thank all your elected Presidents and the Congress for enslaving you!\u00c2\u00a0 Instead of pointing our weapon’s at the Middle East, we should be pointing them at our federal and state government!\u00c2\u00a0 The Middle East is just a diversion while Congress draws the hangman’s rope tighter.\u00c2\u00a0 You’re dealing with the people who taught the Nazi’s about slavery and propaganda!\u00c2\u00a0 We even financed Adolph Hitler through the Rothschild Banking Empire.<\/p>\n 6] All lawyers are a part of the conspiracy against: WE THE PEOPLE!
