Paul,<\/strong><\/p>\n I’m a retired Florida District Judge.\u00c2\u00a0 I don’t do this stuff anymore and was simply interjecting some guidance.\u00c2\u00a0 The best I\u00c2\u00a0will do for you is point you…..however you must understand some basic principles first:<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n 1] The <\/strong>republic<\/strong> of <\/strong>United States of America<\/strong> still exists.\u00c2\u00a0 It has been\u00c2\u00a0concealed in the closet by your elected officials and replaced with “United States, Inc.” and you and it\u00c2\u00a0are being\u00c2\u00a0controlled by corporate law, which is\u00c2\u00a0called Statutory Law.\u00c2\u00a0 If you are not a corporation, then these laws are not applicable.<\/strong><\/p>\n 2] <\/strong>US<\/strong> Currency is not backed by gold.\u00c2\u00a0 It is worthless paper and only has value as long as you believe it does.\u00c2\u00a0 The UCC describes it as\u00c2\u00a0a\u00c2\u00a0“Negotiable Debt Instrument.”\u00c2\u00a0 So—-how much does a “negotiable Debt” go for these days? <\/strong><\/p>\n [I actually got a man off a criminal Theft charge in <\/strong>Oregon<\/strong> using that argument!] <\/strong><\/p>\n 3] If you search an early Legal Dictionary for the definition of a “Closing” you will discover that at a “Closing,” all matters concerning a parcel of land is finished or closed that day!\u00c2\u00a0 The concept of a Mortgage is a FRAUD and the promissory note you are asked to endorse is sold as quickly as you exit the Bank.\u00c2\u00a0 [The Mortgage payments you make are deposits because no Mortgage actually exists and no contract exists.\u00c2\u00a0 Examine the Law of Contracts so that you understand what constitutes a contract]. <\/strong><\/p>\n 4] The fraudulent Mortgage Note is also sold and the Bank or their agent collects your payments and forwards them to the Bank that purchased your fraudulent\u00c2\u00a0Mortgage Note. <\/strong><\/p>\n 5] Every fraudulent Mortgage payment tendered\u00c2\u00a0is saved in a numbered account and not a named account.\u00c2\u00a0 If a fraudulent Mortgage is paid off, the purchaser Bank waits 90 days to prove that you are believed dead because no further activity has occurred and then mails a request to the <\/strong>IRS<\/strong> to close the savings account and keep the money on the grounds that\u00c2\u00a0the money\u00c2\u00a0has been abandoned].\u00c2\u00a0 By the way, the sitting Judge on these Foreclosures receives a percentage of the foreclosed property!\u00c2\u00a0 Sorry!<\/strong><\/p>\n 6] All Courts under United States, Inc, which includes all the State Courts are Tribunals and all the Judges are Administrators and not Judges,\u00c2\u00a0meaning that no\u00c2\u00a0real Courts exist!\u00c2\u00a0 [The concept of a Court is intended to be a last resort to resolve\u00c2\u00a0disputes and therefore you must develop your proof that you are right before you enter.\u00c2\u00a0 If you can avoid a Court, do so by all means because everything is stacked against you]! <\/strong><\/p>\n 7] Since they are Tribunals, you must agree to be sued and agree\u00c2\u00a0to the intervention of the Court to resolve the dispute!\u00c2\u00a0 Return a summons and a suit\u00c2\u00a0using this method. Print this boldly across it\u00c2\u00a0with your signature notarized.<\/strong><\/p>\n “I DO NOT\u00c2\u00a0CONSENT TO\u00c2\u00a0THIS OFFER TO CONTRACT <\/strong>AND<\/strong> I DO NOT\u00c2\u00a0CONSENT TO THIS PROCEDURE.” <\/strong><\/p>\n 8] If you reside in a warrant less State like <\/strong>Florida<\/strong>, foreclosure can proceed without any knowledge of a Court.\u00c2\u00a0 This complicates the matter for you but you can stop the proceedings with a petition for INJUNCTIVE RELIEF but first set them up\u00c2\u00a0using a list of demands to them to show or produce the original contract and promissory note. <\/strong><\/p>\n 9] They cannot move forward or claim ownership without them!\u00c2\u00a0 I have a whole list of documents that you could demand to see in person and request certified copies of.\u00c2\u00a0 Their refusal sets them up for your Injunction.\u00c2\u00a0 All you want out of\u00c2\u00a0your injunction is a: “dismissal with prejudice.”]\u00c2\u00a0 Damages can come later so don’t complicate the process at this point!<\/strong><\/p>\n 10] The Homestead Act can be presented to them as well with a demand to discontinue their process based upon that law, which has never been repealed\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0then you can\u00c2\u00a0add it\u00c2\u00a0to the content of your\u00c2\u00a0Injunction.<\/strong><\/p>\n >><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n This is way too big for you to unravel alone!\u00c2\u00a0 The Judge receives a percentage of the foreclosure sale, so you’re not going to receive a square deal without threatening him [and] empty threats will always land you in Jail again! <\/strong><\/p>\n You’re a living corporation and the property of the State government in which you were born!\u00c2\u00a0 When your mother registered you for a Birth Certificate, she gave you away to the State government.\u00c2\u00a0 You were assigned a corporate name, which appears on every document you possesss in all capital letters!\u00c2\u00a0 You had three months at age 18, to recind that agreement! <\/strong><\/p>\n When you applied for a Social Security No. [or] if you ever applied for any government benefits, you consumated your corporate membership and accepted a new responsibility as Trustee of\u00c2\u00a0your corporation for the State!\u00c2\u00a0 Whenever you fail to comply with the\u00c2\u00a0five million corporate\u00c2\u00a0statutes in place, the Courts punish you! <\/strong><\/p>\n You can thank all your elected Presidents and the Congress for enslaving you!\u00c2\u00a0 Instead of pointing our weapon’s at the <\/strong>Middle East<\/strong>, we should be pointing them at our federal and state government!\u00c2\u00a0 The <\/strong>Middle East<\/strong> is just a diversion while Congress draws the hangman’s rope tighter.\u00c2\u00a0 You’re dealing with the people who taught the Nazi’s about slavery and propaganda!\u00c2\u00a0 We even financed Adolph Hitler through the Rothschild Banking Empire.<\/strong><\/p>\n You truly need the aid and assistance of a Private Attorney General<\/span>.\u00c2\u00a0 Neither Ed nor I can teach you what you need to know in the short amount of time you have\u00c2\u00a0and I’m certainly not going to try!\u00c2\u00a0 This may sound cruel but you are not my child or my responsibility!<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n All lawyers are a part of the conspiracy against: WE THE PEOPLE!\u00c2\u00a0 See: 28 <\/strong>USC<\/strong> 3002, section 15a……..
