\nThe corporate CITY can only interfere with such ownership if it is in fact a <\/span>public<\/span><\/span> health or safety issue. \u00a0The land is 100% private in use and accessibility. Maybe this $60K home will make me several million with a Federal Court award.<\/span>Yes the CITY destroys a nice home, for a nice family to live, in a nice neighborhood, because they<\/span> told me they<\/span> believe that they have better lawyers than the home owner, what a sham, what a wast of resources. \u00a0 Has government gone too far again? Every person that looked at the home said <\/span>the house was just fine, 100% safe, some said a very nice house, inside and out<\/span>.<\/span>AND on top of that they charge me <\/span>$9000.00<\/span><\/strong> for demolition cost. \u00a0<\/span>The corporate CITY OF OMAHA has become totalitarian, rule with a iron fist.<\/span><\/p>\n
