Below is why\/how the USA agents got governance rights to property it owned, \r\nupon knowing this no such rights extend upon property the USA does not own. \r\nYou want to keep all governance by the USA of your land as it is used as a\r\nright?  DRRIVERA.COM\r\n\r\n\"this Constitution<\/strong>\" is the US constitution, a corporation.\r\n\"the Constitution\" is the USA constitution, a Confederacy. \r\nJurisdiction is as constituted !\r\n\r\nStudents,\r\n \r\nThe failure or refusal of  Congress and the President to adopt \"this<\/strong>\r\nConstitution<\/strong>\" limits that Constitution to an alteration of  the Articles of\r\nConfederation of November 15, 1777.  As an alteration, the Constitution of\r\nthe United States cannot extend beyond the original subjects of the\r\nArticles of Confederation. \r\n \r\nThe third Organic Law, the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787, is written\r\nlaw enacted by the United States in Congress assembled using its proprietary\r\npower over the Northwest Territory, which includes the first United States\r\nof  Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and part of Minnesota.\r\nThese United States are the territorial limits of the power of  Congress to\r\nlegislate and tax. Congress let it be known in Article 3 of  the Northwest\r\nOrdinance that it would not be neutral on matters of  religion.\r\n \r\nArt. 3. \"Religion, morality, and knowledge, being necessary to good\r\ngovernment and the happiness of mankind, schools and the means of education\r\nshall forever be encouraged. The utmost good faith shall always be observed\r\ntowards the Indians; their lands and property shall never be taken from them\r\nwithout their consent; and, in their property, rights, and liberty, they\r\nshall never be invaded or disturbed, unless in just and lawful wars\r\nauthorized by Congress; but laws founded in justice and humanity, shall from\r\ntime to time be made for preventing wrongs being done to them, and for\r\npreserving peace and friendship with them.\"\r\n \r\nThe fourth Organic Law of  the United States of America is the Constitution\r\nof September 17, 1787, which first becomes established between the first\r\nnine States that ratify that Constitution and then  becomes an Article XIII\r\nalteration to the second Organic Law, the Articles of Confederation of\r\nNovember 15, 1777, when the thirteenth State, Rhode Island ratifies the\r\nConstitution of September 17, 1787 on May 29, 1790.       \r\n \r\nThe failure or refusal of  Congress and the President of the United States\r\nof America to subscribe the Article VI oath \"to support this Constitution\"\r\nlimits the Constitution of September 17, 1787 to an alteration of  the\r\nArticles of Confederation of November 15, 1777.   Without \"Adoption,\" the\r\nConstitution of September 17, 1787 cannot add anything new to the Articles\r\nof Confederation it can only alter what is already there.  \r\n \r\nWithout \"Adoption,\" the Constitution of the United States provides little or\r\nno restraint on the government of  the United States of America in the\r\nterritory belonging to the United States of America.  \r\n \r\nEd, Juris doctorate, PHD<\/pre>\n
