\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Addressing City Police:<\/strong><\/p>\n City police are city employees, paid by the city.<\/p>\n The head executive officer of the city employees is the mayor of the city.<\/p>\n Mayors are elected by city \u201cpersons\u201d, also called citizens<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0 (Citizen<\/span><\/strong> is defined as a \u201csubject\u201d person of a cit<\/span><\/strong>y jurisdiction.)<\/p>\n City property is the jurisdiction of a city employee.<\/p>\n A city is a created entity, existing in a specific jurisdictions written law, generally referred to as \u201cstate\u201d law, specifically city-charter law.<\/p>\n A \u201cstate\u201d as defined in the United States Code, and all 50 states of the US, is defined as \u201ca possession or territory [o]f the United States.<\/p>\n City property is land that is owned by a city.<\/p>\n The City only has chartered permission by the state therefore can only have operation by law within it\u2019s grantors same jurisdiction.<\/p>\n Therefore a city can only legally operate on land that is \u201ca possession or territory of the United States.<\/p>\n Land is evidenced (recorded) as a possession or territory of the United States at the United States Bureau of Land Management office.<\/p>\n The area of land commonly referred to as Nebraska was at one time all owned by the confederacy called \u201cThe United States of America\u201d.\u00a0 The USA has a constitutional duty to only hold land that is needed for military purposes; the rest is to be offered back to the private sector.<\/p>\n So a city such as CITY OF OMAHA is only a corporation existing by US written law and limited to operate on land that is of the United States holdings.<\/p>\n Cities are entities and cannot act (do acts); only living persons can act.\u00a0 Therefore if one is confronted by a \u201ccity\u201d employee he is presumed to be acting on behalf of his employer.<\/p>\n If such a person is acting off land that is not of his employer he is not within the jurisdiction of his employer and is now subject to this \u201canother\u201d jurisdiction.<\/p>\n City jurisdiction is exclusive to only \u201ccity\u201d lands.<\/p>\n People who occupy a given land are the highest jurisdiction.<\/p>\n Those who occupy have a duty to govern according to God\u2019s written word.<\/p>\n The CITY OF OMAHA Police Department only has chartered authority on city lands.<\/p>\n Officers that are employed by the CITY OF OMAHA \u2018Police Department\u2019 and are found acting on land that is not \u201cof \u201d the CITY OF OMAHA have the same limited authority as any other private person on that same land.\u00a0 Such people have the same commercial liability for any acts that violate God\u2019s law, as to our God given right, and are assessed damages as determined by a community court of the people\u2019s jurisdiction.<\/p>\n So \u201cCITY\u201d police are of\/for the \u201cCITY\u201d.<\/p>\n Most \u201ccity\u201d streets are not owned by the CITY, but are open passageways to all.<\/p>\n The private sector has a God given duty to develop their own police force compliant to God\u2019s Word in all areas of life, especially with that occuring on the peoples lands.<\/p>\n To rely on \u201cCITY\u201d officers is a fatal error.<\/p>\n When a \u201cCITY\u201d officer attempts to apply city municipality laws, or \u201cState\u201d written law, upon you, be sure to kindly ask him what provision does he, in his personally capacity, have in place, if he violates your rights, or fraudulently tries to misapply laws of a foreign jurisdiction to the land we are now standing on.
