Common Law Lien, Stops US Court Theft

Lien your own property so that if a US court tries to take it or sell it for any reason the bid must start at the lien amount.

You can add 100s of thousand of liens to any property, for you have a right to charge any amount for you care.  (Good care is not cheap these days.)

I have stopped several client IRS sales and have liens on several of my own properties to stop Eminent domain actions.

If your county will not record the lien, -why would they – they are often the ones trying to steal your land, I have a process to go to any US court in the nation to file the lien under a court docket number and then your county registrar must accept the neighboring court document and file it as a matter of law.

The goal is achieved, any one that wants to buy, or take your land, must satisfy the lien or go to a common law court and get the lien removed.

A statutory lien is easily removed, but a common law lien is next to impossible, for in common law no one can take land for a judgment, no one, they can take most everything on the land but never the land.

    I need more information on how and what to file against my employer who is sending my money to the IRS on a notice of levy. I have got the levy released but I need more info on how to stop all taking on w-4. I thank you for your time I am going back to work for this employer tomorrow and would like to change my status to exempt. please help. Clint
    Paul’s Response— Your employer is only acting upon a suggestion from an IRS employee, he is acting without Law, without a Court Order, Judgment, or Warrant, your employer is involved in conveyance of your property without authority and is 100% liable.     I’m facing a foreclosure on my home by a Bank (Chase) . I tried to file a “Common Law Lien” in Los Angele County Recorders office today 11/04/11. They first made a copy of my document then gave me a handout on which it is saying that I have no authority to record ( Gov. code 27201 ). Any comment on this please.
    –Paul’s Response–>> A Judge gave me (Paul Hansen) instruction on how to file in a separate jurisdiction (County) that accepts such filings and then have it transferred to your County, the Judge told me there is only one Court in America, that is the UNITED STATES Court System, so filing in one is the same as filing in all, and must be accepted in all “as a matter of Law”.

    Hi Paul,
    I have been working on a loan modification for 3 years. The property is in CAlifornia.
    The last year with an attorney doing pre-litigation, looks like we are not succeeding.
    I would like to file a common law lien, or a Notice of intend to preserve an interest.(NOIPI)
    There is close to $250,000 in equity in the property.

    There are 2 violations that I know of. The loan was made by my wife who only has about $1000 in social security income, they used my income to qualify. (illegal)
    The Good faith estimate shows $2457 a month principal and interest for a $675,000 note. It is actually negative amortization at 6 5/8 %. The loan was with Countrywide and is now serviced by bank of America.
    Can you help me?

    I was jailed for suspended drivers license related “charges” and while in jail, my current MERS loan servicer arranged a Sheriff’s sale on my house. The title has been clouded under our filed Liz Pendens, but now I’ve got law suit for the arrest and the law suit for the attempt at stealing my house to work on. The arrest was in August 2012 and the sale was Feb. 2014. Any suggestions about an itinerary to follow would be appreciated!

    I have some friends who are trying to file common law liens against judges, commissioners, prosecuting attorneys… can you help them with your system of filing???

    >> That is almost a sure way to go to jail. Lien must be supported by evidence “and” due process. When in jail you can learn what all the other lien experts did wrong.
