Arrested again 4/9/09
16 Charges of Housing Code Violations.
 2  Charges for Obstructing an Officer.
 1  Charge of Resisting Arrest.
 1  Charge of giving false information.
The story starts as I am in Court against soo Wells Fargo Bank, I am the Plaintiff accusing them of banking fraud (A type of lending its bank credit without congressional permission.).
As I am in front of the judges bench a cop walks in and asks me if I am “Mr. Hansen” I say; “no, I am called Paul John and my fathers family name is Hansen”, the
officer then says you are under arrest for giving false information, I then say; “I am in court” and he stands there for fifteen seconds and then says I be back when
you are done and walks away. Â
4 hours later the trial is over and I am walking out of the court room with one of my witnesses and my friend goes his way and I go into the stair way to make a
few private phone calls. Â About twenty minutes expire and a officer walks up to me as I was trying to dial my phone and he says “make one move and I’ll tazer
you” as he held out his taser and was pushing the button to make it create a violent loud ark. Â I simply said ” What is it you want, I am making a phone call”, he
then hand cuffed me and another five officers arrived and took my tape recorder from me, and pulled the battery out of it, over my objecion that I wanted it to run
for my protection. Â Â
I was then taken out of the Court House building hand-cuffed and with one officer carrying my arm on each side of me and a minium of eight more walking behind
me as we walked through the lobby of the first floor.
a. Apparently they are saying that I went into the stair way to avoid the Police.
b. And in some way resisted.
c. And in saying my proper lawful calling (name) as Paul John: family of Hansen is giving false information.

-My income is primarily derived from rental properties, legal counsel fees, selling PowerPoint presentations.
-I am a serious student of territorial specific law, and constitutional limitations of the US and STATE Governments.
-I have been in court over 250 times.
-I have received numerous death threats that appear as to come from NEBRASKA STATE agents.
-I have been arrested an estimated 8 times. Always bogus false warrants, misdemeanor charges. (Mostly Municipal Housing Codes, or related acts.)
-I file no Federal Income Taxes (1040 Form) since the year 2001. (No filings in any form.)
-I pay no State income taxes.
-I do not pay STATE sales tax on major purchases.
-I pay no COUNTY property taxes with out a judicial challenge. ( I believe I have discovered a filing for record process that takes my land off the tax roles. )
-I currently use no State drivers license, carry no vehicle liability insurance, do not register my automobiles.
-I do not register to vote for any representatives.
-I am a 'free inhabitant' pursuant to Article 4 of The Articles of Confederation. (Not a US citizen.)
-I am subject to the Church jurisdiction, and a strong advocate of full ecclesiastical independence from the United States jurisdiction.
-I believe in full support of the perpetual Union as found in the Articles of Confederation.
-I believe that a free inhabitant has the lawful standing to choose to live independent of the constitutional corporate US governments, and its statutory courts in the vast majority of his daily life, and to be forced to do otherwise is slavery.
-I believe that most all US written law is constitutional, but most all of that same law is misapplied upon jurisdictions where it has no force and effect of law and the bar association has perfected a system of keeping the people from knowing its true application.
