Some Legal researchers say that most laws, for the last 60+ years, on the books today, are not true law, but only have force of color of law if challenged.
Each Law must have the following:
1. Bill presented to State Legislator, if passed sent to;
2. Governor of the State, if signed;
3. It must have a single subject title and single subject body of law;
4. Must be promulgated, published and specifically identify where and upon whom the law has force and effect.
