>>>>
Certificate of Title = A document that is evidence that the office that issued the Certificate of Title has in fact the Title (MSO).
Much like a grain elevator gives a certificate for each load of corn stored at said location.

I just read your NOTICE and DEMAND to the DMV for your purchased automobile’s MSO.
What happened next?
I’m guessing that you still don’t have that document.
Am I right?
I am led to conclude that the only minute chance any of us might have of recovering the MSO
is to sue the DMV for Quiet Title to our mobile, private property.
The MSO is not necessary, I am working with a Lawyer that has driven for 21 years and has always prevailed when stopped. He is briefing me this month, I’ll pass it on as soon as I get the info.
He does not plate, license register, no operators license, or insure.
He said one can drive a registered or non registered vehicle with no operators license.
